About Internship
Position: Research & Development Intern (Mechanical)
Internship Type: Fulltime – Paid
Internship Period: 3 – 6 Months
Location: BDBL Bhaban, 12 Kazi Najrul Islam Avenue, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka-1215
Job Responsibility:
Ø Assist in product design and development tasks, including ideation, CAD modeling, and prototyping.
Ø Utilize software like SOLIDWORKS, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD to create detailed 3D models and drawings.
Ø Apply GD&T principles to ensure manufacturing accuracy and reliability.
Ø Perform structural, aerodynamic, and CFD simulations to test and validate designs.
Ø Support additive manufacturing projects by designing and preparing parts for 3D printing.
Ø Conduct material research and analysis to optimize designs for manufacturing.
Ø Collaborate with the team to improve designs based on feedback and simulation results.
Ø Learn and implement engineering mechanics principles in real-world applications.

What We’re Looking For:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE), or Mechatronics Engineering.
Ø Basic to intermediate proficiency in CAD tools like SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360.
Ø Familiarity with CAE tools like SolidCAM or MasterCAM.
Ø Knowledge of structural analysis, aerodynamics, and CFD simulation techniques.
Ø Understanding of GD&T principles and design for manufacturing concepts.
Ø Basic knowledge of engineering mechanics and material science.
Ø A passion for innovation, creativity, and hands-on problem-solving.
